Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum (actual)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected specialist school that supports students aged 11 - 19 with a diverse range of learning needs. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join its vibrant and nurturing team from September 2025.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A basic understanding of how children and young people learn
- Confidence using ICT and good literacy/numeracy skills
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport with students, families and colleagues
- Previous experience of working with children in the UK is essential
