About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, both in small groups and one-to-one settings.
- Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
- Support students with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom.
- Help prepare and organise learning materials to enhance the educational experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational setting.
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Holds relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
- Is committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
