What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a teacher with a small group of children in the mornings
- Providing 1:1 support to a visually impaired Nursery-aged child in the afternoons
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by accurately assessing risks
- Collaborating effectively within a team and using your initiative
- Demonstrating an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Communicating effectively with children and adults, both verbally and in writing
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Empathetic, patient, and caring, with a strong understanding of children's individual needs
- Knowledgeable about sensory processing disorders and communication difficulties
- Skilled in forming effective relationships with children
- Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
