We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely independent nursery in the Camborne area as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and care in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress accurately
- Support children’s emotional, physical and social development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are always followed
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive and professional nursery environment
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
