The Role:
A Swindon secondary school is looking to welcome a Maths Teacher from September 2025. Although QTS is ideal, experienced Cover Supervisors and subject specialists are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be supporting students across key stages 3 and 4 - through the initial transition into a secondary environment, up until their GCSE exams and inspiring the continuation of their learning journey. The role requires planning and marking of lessons, which will be shared amongst faculty members and managed accordingly.
The School:
All applicants are welcome to visit the school as part of the recruitment process, to meet the team and immerse themselves in elements of an expected school day. The location being so centrally located, those relying on public transport or commuting from surrounding areas are also strongly encouraged to apply. The school is enthusiastic to welcome bright and driven candidates, so if you believe this role is for you, Long-Term Teachers would love to hear from you!
