Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Teaching Assisant - SN6

 

Are you passionate about shaping the early years of children’s lives? My client, a vibrant and welcoming primary school, is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their enthusiastic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nursery that believes in the power of inspirational teaching, love, and laughter to help children reach their greatest potential. This role is available on a permanent basis starting from September, working for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children’s holistic development through a range of indoor and outdoor educational experiences
  • Attending to the physical needs of young children, including first aid, changing clothes, and toilet training
  • Collaborating with the Nursery Teacher to assess children’s development and maintain accurate records
  • Engaging in quality interactions that nurture and support each child’s learning journey
  • Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Hold a professional qualification, such as an NNEB Diploma or NVQ III in Early Years
  • Passionate about working with children and committed to a child-centered approach
  • Skilled in fostering positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late afternoons
