This role is for Female PE Teachers only as there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) as this role will require monitoring of the female changing rooms for PE lessons.
We need an enthusiastic, and flexible person who has experience teaching or coaching young people through a range of different sports. As a PE teacher you will support and teach pupils a range of subjects including health and physical education and a wide range of sports, up to GCSE level. The school puts a big emphasis on the importance of engagement in physical education and the transferable values and skills that participation in sports can bring beyond the school years.
Guiding the pupils in developing their sense of leadership, organisation, resilience and responsibility should be one of your top priorities in this role.
