What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching a Reception class, delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom that encourages independent learning.
- Planning differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitoring and assessing progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and outside agencies to support pupils.
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement through a positive ethos.
- Keeping the class webpage up to date to showcase students’ learning journey.
