If you are an experienced school administrator, I have an exciting opportunity working at a Primary School in the Bristol area. 


 

You will have the opportunity to join a great community of staff at this school, who are passionate and supportive of their school environment, ensuring all pupils gain the best learning experience. 


 

The Role 


 

This school is seeking a highly motivated candidate who has experience within an administrative role. The school is looking for a bubbly character who is happy and confident talking to parents, staff and pupils, someone comfortable dealing with enquiries and solving problems. 


 

Expected Hours of Work - 8am to 4pm


 

You will be expected to: 

  • Be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. 
  • Maintain the school’s pupil database. 
  • Telephone handling
  • Welcoming and supporting visitors and parents. 
  • Provide full school administrative support for school events. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team.
