The ideal candidate:
- Be a qualified teacher with experience in either primary, secondary or special education
- Be adaptable, resilient, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs

- Be able to manage a small team of class staff and work collaboratively within the school community
- Respond calmly and sensitively to challenging behaviour while maintaining high expectations
