Salary: £30,000 - £41,333 depending on experience

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a thriving specialist school that champions a therapeutic approach to education. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to students who may have previously struggled in traditional educational settings.
As part of a passionate and skilled staff team, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact, helping students develop confidence, independence and pride in their achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated Science lessons for KS3 and KS4
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour and support students’ emotional needs
- Implement assessment strategies aligned with current curriculum requirements
- Work closely with colleagues and the wider pastoral team to support holistic student development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experienced instructor with relevant subject specialism
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- A positive, flexible and resilient mindset with a passion for SEN education
- Experience working with students in SEMH/SEN settings is desirable, but not essential
- Willingness to engage in continued professional development and training
