Pay: £110 - £120 per day

Long-Term Teachers has a long-standing relationship with a dedicated specialist school in Exeter that supports students aged 7 - 16 with complex emotional and behavioural needs. They are looking for passionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join their team on a supply basis, with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidates.
The Role:
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you’ll work 1:1 and in small groups with students across Key Stages 2 to 4, many of whom have diagnoses such as ADHD, autism or have experienced early trauma. Your presence will help create a stable, nurturing environment where students feel safe, respected and empowered to learn.
You’ll be a vital part of the support team, working alongside teachers, managing behaviour positively and helping students build the emotional regulation and social skills they need for life.
