What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of Early Years pupils with autism.
- Foster self-development and confidence in each child’s learning journey.
- Build meaningful relationships with pupils, encouraging their growth through personalized routines and structures.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators in an inspiring learning environment.
- Adapt to daily challenges and celebrate successes with pupils through innovative activities like role play and visits from external specialists.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a strong understanding of SEND needs.
- Skilled at building relationships and creating safe, structured learning environments for children with autism.
- Adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about finding innovative ways to engage and inspire learners.
- Dedicated to fostering confidence and independence in every child’s educational journey.
