The Role 


 

This role is a fantastic opportunity based in central Gloucester, offering a full-time permanent position. This wonderful school is offering a split role in covering 1 on 1 sessions with an SEN pupil in the morning and general class support in the evening. The candidate must be adaptable and flexible to various activities and curriculum, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere to support a range of students. The school was rated

This role requires a candidate who is capable of the following:


 

  • Adaptable and flexible 
  • Previous experience in behavioural management
  • Patient and nurturing character
  • Compassionate and proactive
  • Keeps children at the heart of the teaching and learning process.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills 
  • Experience in KS1 and KS2 
  • Comprehensive curriculum knowledge
