We’re seeking a caring, creative SEN Teacher to join a specialist school for pupils aged 7–16 with Autism, specific learning difficulties, and high levels of anxiety. You’ll teach small classes in a supportive, inclusive setting where relationships and wellbeing come first.
Our team works collaboratively to build confidence, independence, and curiosity in every learner. You’ll be part of a community that celebrates individuality and helps students succeed both academically and personally.
What the school are looking for
- Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or working towards this.
- Experience or strong interest in SEN, especially Autism and SEMH.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and positive under pressure.
- A team player with a reflective and solution-focused mindset.
