- Provide support for children and young people with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and autism
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create and implement individualized education plans
- Utilize positive behavior management strategies to support students
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills
