What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Adapting to the needs of children, particularly those with ASD and Speech and Language difficulties
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student development
- Keeping detailed records of student progress to inform future learning strategies
- Working as part of a professional team with high expectations for all children
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Have a good sense of humor and strong communication skills
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to support the delivery of the curriculum
- Demonstrate a consistent, kind approach to all children, even in challenging situations
- Ideally, have experience with the EYFS or KS1 curriculum and working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD
