Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support / Named Person Allowance (NPA) - SN15

My client, a warm and inclusive primary school, is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a young student with Special Educational Needs. Join a dedicated team that fosters strong community connections and is committed to ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured, and inspired. This role is looking to begin in Term 2 on a temporary basis and would be working in the mornings only, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing one-on-one support for a child with Special Educational Needs.
  • Building positive and nurturing relationships with students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Working closely with teachers, staff, and the wider school community to support the child's needs.
  • Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contributing to the safeguarding and well-being of the children in your care.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Creative, patient, and passionate about helping children thrive in their learning.
