My client, a nurturing and supportive primary school, is looking for an engaging and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide vital SEN support across year groups, particularly in Key Stage 1. This role is available on a fixed-term contract working on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, focusing on their individual goals and learning needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote inclusion and achievement.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional and social development.
- Supervise OPaL lunchtime activities, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure children receive the best possible support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall learning environment.

- Genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs and a desire to learn more about SEN provision.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
- Positive, empathetic, and flexible approach to meet the needs of pupils.
