About The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils aged 5 - 14 with a range of additional needs. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers, delivering tailored support both in the classroom and through hands-on, activity-based learning - indoors and out.
Every day brings variety, whether you’re:
- Assisting with personalised learning activities
- Supportive pupils during physical education or outdoor lessons
- Helping implement positive behaviour strategies
- Leading small group sessions that build confidence and independence

- Have previous experience working/volunteering with young people (essential)

- Are comfortable supporting physical and outdoor-based activities
- Have a proactive mindset and are open to learning and feedback
- May be considering a long-term future in teaching or education support
Previous experience in a SEND setting is a bonus, but not essential - training is provided.
