We are hiring on behalf of a highly regarded special school in Salisbury, committed to providing outstanding education for children and young people (ages 4-19) with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Complex Needs.

The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet the needs of learners with PMLD, SLD and complex needs
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages student progress and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to provide a holistic educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to support students’ overall development.
- Contribute to the school’s SEND community and embrace innovative teaching approaches.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND, particularly PMLD, SLD, or complex needs.
- A creative, adaptable, and student-centered approach to teaching.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
