A Primary School in North Somerset is looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with SEND children.

The Role
This position is for a 1:1 role working with a year 3 child. You will be responsible for working in a team under the direction of the Class Teacher, but to also use your initiative to support the child throughout their learning.
You will be expected to:
- Strong positive behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher
- Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.
- Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.
- Communicate and observe personal and learning development.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
