The Role
A Speech and Language SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school supports pupils with speech, language, and communication needs, helping them to fully access the curriculum and participate in school life. Working under the guidance of teachers and speech therapists, they deliver tailored interventions, support individual learning plans, and assist with classroom activities. Their role is key in promoting student confidence, improving communication skills, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
You will be required to to work on a full time basis until the end of the academic year with the potential to continue in September.
