Essential prior to application:
- Have Qualified teacher Status
- Have experience of teaching across primary phase
- An accomplished and experience classroom teacher
- Experience of setting targets, monitoring, assessment and monitoring performance in order to raise pupil achievement
- Able to work well within a team
- Strong ICT skills
- Understanding of SEND and how to support
Key responsibilities:
- To provide reports and assessments for CYP in accordance with school policy and for a range of audiences, including a detailed report prior to their annual review
- To ensure that effective communication is maintained with parents/carers about their child’s welfare, progress and participation in our school community
- To ensure the safeguarding of all pupils, by operating with the Education Provisions (EP) safeguarding practice & policy, reporting to the Safeguarding team any concerns and record information on the EPs safeguarding system
