We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supply team in Exmouth, working across a variety of primary schools in the area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing individual and small group support to students in different primary schools.
- Assisting class teachers with daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them fully engage in their learning.
- Fostering an inclusive, positive classroom environment for all students.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, offering feedback to the teacher as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
- A patient, supportive, and positive approach to helping students.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with children.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
