What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing classroom-based support, assisting children with their learning and development.
- Supporting individual students, including those with special educational needs, following tailored programs.
- Observing and recording student progress to contribute to assessment records.
- Encouraging and assisting children with personal hygiene and social interactions.
- Supervising children during break and lunchtime to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, in line with the school’s ethos.

- Organized and proactive, with a commitment to supporting both teachers and pupils.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care needs when required.
- Willing to contribute to the school's ethos and attend relevant staff training and meetings.
