Are you an experienced Teacher or an ECT looking for a long-term placement? 


 

A Primary School in the BS9 area of Bristol is currently seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team ASAP. 


 

This 2 form entry Primary School is driven by aspiring to treat everyone equally and to recognise the importance of a holistic approach to education. Being an inclusive school, they have a desire to build an interconnected community, adapting education to meet the needs of all children. 


 

The Role 


 

Their current Year 3 Teacher is off for a long period of time so the school is looking for someone to start on a full-time basis as soon as possible. 

This will be from September until Christmas at a minimum. 


 

The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate with great understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculum as there are a mixture of abilities within the classroom. 


 

You will be expected to: 


 

  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of the students.
  • Create an engaging learning environment
  • Communicate well with other KS2 Teachers, planning lessons together. 
  • Deliver high quality lessons to inspire and motivate.
  • Assess children’s development and understanding to adapt future lessons. 
  • Communicate clearly with the parents and carers of the students.
