This school has an exciting opportunity for a year 3 teacher to join on a permanent basis as of September. This school values staff learning as much as pupil learning. Responsibilities:

A balanced teaching approach to the The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Assessing student performance regularly and using this provide feedback to pupils, other members of staff and parents to create targets for improvement.
- Create a positive learning environment that is in line with the school's values of kindness, hard work and taking responsibility for our actions and decisions.
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflect on teaching practices
- Work in collaboration with parents and other members of staff to support diverse learning.
- Be alert to child protection concerns and follow safeguarding procedures to best support students’ social, emotional, and mental well-being.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- Qualified teacher status and a relevant degree or PGCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents and colleagues effectively.
- Confidence and assertiveness within a classroom environment. This school believes in being positive role models for their pupils, showing them how to make good choices and take sensible action.
- An understanding of relevant safe guarding and child protection procedures.
