A friendly and welcoming primary school in the BS14 area of South Bristol are currently looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team. 


 

This is a 3 form entry school where the team is strong and supportive, dedicated to providing a curriculum that prepares children for their next stage, creating a positive environment for pupils to work in, that is both supportive and inclusive.


 

The Role 


 

This position will be on a Part-Time basis from September where you will be working in collaboration with another Class Teacher to plan and deliver lessons to a Year 4 class. 


 

The Head Teacher is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and motivated candidate, someone who is a supportive teacher who aims to be an excellent practitioner. Ideall someone with experience throughout KS2 and has a great knowledge of the curriculum. 


 

You will be expected to: 

  • Ability to differentiate lessons well to ensure everyone is able to access the learning. 
  • Create an engaging learning environment
  • Good Team Player and work collaboratively with other year group teachers. 
  • Bring a welcoming and inclusive environment. 
  • Plan and Deliver high quality lessons to inspire and motivate
  • Work closely with the Class Teaching Assistant to support SEND children.
