About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to support our team in a fully remote, part-time role. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are comfortable with typing, data entry tasks, and working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases
Type information from source documents into digital formats
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized digital records and files
Follow data entry procedures and quality standards
Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing tools)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Prior data entry, typing, or administrative experience
