Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs, build strong relationships and establish trust with our customers
- Schedule service appointments, communicate with technicians and provide accurate estimates to customers
- Prioritize and manage work flow within the service department
- Utilize dealership management systems to accurately document and bill customer services
- Notify customers when their vehicle is ready for pick up and review the service performed
- Address any customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell additional services and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized service department to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
- Knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
