Max Motors Dealerships, a leading automotive dealership in the industry, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest and most advanced vehicles on the market today. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Performing diagnostic tests and identifying mechanical issues
-Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
-Completing complex repairs, such as engine rebuilds, transmission replacements, and electrical system repairs
-Conducting thorough and accurate vehicle inspections
-Utilizing computer diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
-Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers to provide updates on repair progress
-Maintaining a clean and organized work area
-Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment at all times
-Assisting with training and mentoring junior technicians as needed
-Continuously learning and staying updated on emerging technology and industry advancements
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
-Certifications from ASE or other accredited automotive training programs preferred
-Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of automotive systems
-Proficient in using computer diagnostic equipment and other tools
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and vehicles
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
