- Position: Lube Tech at Max Motors Dealerships
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on a variety of vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear and report any issues to the service manager
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Uphold the dealership's high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a lube tech or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
