McKee-Nix & Associates Inc. is looking to hire a skilled, meticulous Record Management Associate who will be integral in the efficient, sustainable management and storage of the company’s archives and records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records across different departments, ensuring all data is recorded reliably and following established procedures.
- Effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders for consistent record and document processing.
- Conducting frequent audits on company records and archives to ensure their accuracy and legality.
- Managing electronic and hardcopy documents, which includes sorting, storing, retrieving, and destroying records as needed.
- Designing and implementing accurate and efficient records management policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with IT staff to ensure all electronic and paper data are compatible and secure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in record management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of records management principles, archival management systems, and legal requirements for record keeping.
- Proficiency in using records management software and database systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
