We are seeking an Applications Sales Engineer to join our clients growing team and serve as the vital connection between our innovative industrial solutions and customers across the United States.

What You Will Do.
Be a Trusted Advisor:
- You'll become the go-to expert for customers seeking bespoke engineered solutions.
- By translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions, you'll help clients visualise how our products solve their unique challenges.
Drive the Sales Journey:
- From initial inquiry to final delivery, you'll manage the complete sales cycle - responding to customer needs, preparing detailed quotations, co-ordinating with production teams, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Expand Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling while maintaining the high-quality service that turns customers into long-term partners.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor technologies to position our solutions strategically and provide customers with insights that matter.
Getting Out There:
- Travel across the United States to meet with clients on-site and represent our company at trade shows and networking events.
What You Bring:
- Technical training in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of valves and actuation
- Experience preparing quotes and handling orders using ERP/CRM systems
- Proven ability to communicate technical product information effectively to customers

- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with travel requirements
