Area Sales Manager for their team in the South West UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to manage and develop customer relationships in a defined region, helping the company achieve its business objectives.
About the Role
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing, and expanding relationships with both existing and new customers across the South West UK region.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while creating and executing strategic plans to meet KPIs.
- Analysing sales performance, preparing reports, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Delivering engaging and informative sales presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with sales strategies.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Experienced in account or territory management with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A holder of a full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of the bathroom or plumbing products market.
- Technical product expertise.
