You will be working closely with the Finance team, functional department heads, the wider group and external auditors.

What You Will Do:

  • As a proven leader of people, you will lead and develop your team to strengthen capability and succession planning
  • Preparation and submission Management Accounts, month end close and general ledger management
  • You will partner with FP&A to provide financial information to create robust and accurate forecasts and perform regular analysis of variances to plan
  • Leading annual external audits and bi-annual internal audits, you will implement best practice to become group leader in controls
  • You will liaise with the Group Tax team and external tax authorities to provide data to ensure all regulatory compliance in tax reporting.
  • Review, analyze and audit all current processes to continuously help the business streamline operations and enhance efficiency in the team.

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance - CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Proven experience of leading and developing a team of accountants
  • Ideally you will have worked for a publicly traded international company
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel with large ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus)
