The role

An established Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is expanding its commercial team to support a secured AMP8 pipeline across water and utilities frameworks. This opportunity offers long-term stability, strong mentoring, and exposure to NEC contracts on technically challenging infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Supporting cost control and forecasting on live projects

Assisting with valuations, variations, and compensation events

Working closely with delivery teams under NEC contracts

Engaging with subcontractors and supply chain partners

Candidate profile

Experience or strong exposure to NEC contracts

Background in water, utilities, or heavy civil engineering

Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or similar

Ambitious, detail-focused, and keen to progress
