Role Overview

 

As an Appointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialist, responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hampton’s talent solutions.
  • Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers, fuelling the pipeline for the business development team.
  • Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff.
  • Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hampton’s full service offering.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

 

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • A results-driven, consultative approach and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, combined with excellent organization.
