🔧 The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll:
Own and execute the sales strategy across Texas
Build relationships with MRO buyers at refineries and OEMs
Drive new business and develop distributor partnerships
Collaborate closely with in-house production to meet tight lead times
Champion quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Report directly to the owners and shape the commercial future of the business
