Business Development Manager
Providing Fluid Solutions to construction, industrial, utility customers
- Up to £60,000 Basic salary
- UNCAPPED Commission – Based on Revenue
- OTE £80,000+
- Package includes car, private healthcare, pension, holidays, etc.

- 70% New Business, 30% Existing Accounts

The Role:
- Field Based position, providing mechanical and electrical pumps service/maintenance solutions to customers across the commercial, industrial, infrastructure, construction, utility industries.
- Key focus on New Business –70% of Revenue.
- Existing account growth – 30% of Revenue.
- Visit trade shows and represent the company’s product/service offering.
- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
- Revenue Driven Targets – Achievable and Realistic.
Experience Desired:
- Technical Experience – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Filters, pumping, filtration, water treatment.
- Sales Experience – both existing accounts and new business.
- Engineering qualifications or experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
