What You Will Be Doing
- Driving sales growth through structured account management and new opportunity development
- Managing customer relationships from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and order completion
- Preparing and submitting commercial quotations aligned with pricing strategy and margin expectations
- Leading and supporting contract negotiations with customers
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to deliver customer solutions
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up
- Contributing to wider commercial strategy, including pricing approaches and market development
- Maintaining accurate records and forecasts using internal systems
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management within a technical or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial risk
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments
- Organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage your own workload
Experience within aerospace or a technical engineering sector is advantageous but not essential.
