Mercury Hampton is currently representing a market leading provider of innovative control solutions for sustainable power. Our client is a designer and manufacturer specialising in diesel engine safety systems, temperature control valves, and monitoring products for engines and compressors. They have an innovative control solution that enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of industrial and marine engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for European market.
- Establish and grow OEM relationships.
- Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Implement a sales strategy to increase product awareness among existing customers and end-users.
- Negotiate pricing strategies for various markets.
- Anticipate customer needs and competitive threats.
- Coordinate with global teams to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- Proven experience selling into large industrial OEMs in European market.
- Minimum of 5 years in selling industrial products internationally.
- Excellent consultative selling and key account management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Additional languages are a plus.
