Business Development Manager 

• East & Southern Ireland - Dublin, Cork, Gorey, Kilkenny, Wexford, Waterford 
• Electrical & Mechanical Engineering – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Motors, Drives, Gearboxes, Generators, Sensors 
• €70,000 + Car + Bonus & Commission OTE €85,000 
• Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Service, Overhaul of rotating equipment.
• Field Based Position

The Company: 

The company is a family ran business operating across Ireland within the electro-mechanical industry in the supply, repair, installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. 

The Role:

• Business Development – Building relationships with new customers across the East & Southern Ireland. 
• Account Development – Inherit existing relationships and upsell products and services to these customers. 
• Technical Solutions – Provide a consultative approach to customers with knowledge of the repair and maintenance functions of the company. 
• Field Based – Visiting customers 3-5 days a week, in a field based position. 

The Person:

• Hungry, Driven & Motivated – This role is for someone hungry, revenue driven and focused on achieving targets. 
• Technical Knowledge – Experience or Qualifications in an engineering sector – Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial & Rotating Equipment – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Motors, Drives, Gearboxes, etc. 
• Strong Communication Skills – Dealing with a range of seniorities across a range of companies. 

The Package:

• Basic Salary up to €70,000
• Company Car + Fuel Card 
• Bonus + Commission up to 20% 
• Benefits include pension, healthcare, holidays, etc.
