A global specialist engineering company is seeking a dynamic Country Sales Manager for its US Instrumentation division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a cutting-edge industry.
The five focus markets are: Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Climate Control, Life Science and Fluid Control, and Transport.
What you will do:
- Align regional sales strategy with global plans
- Develop and execute strategic sales and commercial plans
- Expand customer base in targeted segments
- Grow Aftermarket, New Construction, and Key Account OEM business
- Generate innovative customer solutions
What you will have:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the engineering/technology sector
- Proven track record in senior, global sales roles
- Strong growth mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Highly commercial and results-driven approach
- Experience in a metrics-focused environment
- Financial acumen and ability to enhance revenue and margins
