Enterprise BDM / Business Development Manager
Location: FIELD BASED ROLE Commutable to Dublin
Salary: €72,000 + Uncapped Double Commission + Benefits / OTE €144,000

About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding IT solutions provider specialising in bespoke computing systems is seeking a results-driven Enterprise BDM to lead and scale their sales function within large enterprise accounts.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, winning new business, and expanding market share in competitive sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with company growth targets and market opportunities across high value & complex enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record with 3+ years in IT or technology sales leadership, consistently exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to translate technical value into compelling commercial propositions.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics.
