HSE Advisor
Location - East Midlands
Your role:
As a HSE Advisor, you will support project teams and assist with operational delivery by providing functional and effective support in hazard recognition, risk minimization, and the creation, maintenance, and improvement of health, safety and environmental standards. Additionally, the position supports the HSE Manager in upholding the highest standards across all site activities.
Key Objectives:
Implement the highest standards of HSE responsibility across the business.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support teams as needed.
Ensure consistent approaches across all Water-related activities.
Support operational delivery teams effectively and functionally.
Execute the HSE strategy and achieve full compliance with legal, client, and integrated management system requirements.
Maintain accurate recording of information to encourage best practices.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH construction certificate or similar.
- Experience as an Internal Auditor
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g., IOSH, IEMA)
- Ideal come from civil engineering within the Water sector.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards: ISO9001, 14001 and 45001.
