Salary: £35K Basic + Bonus + Benefits

Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be fully responsible for managing and prioritising client relationships and providing solutions for Pumps, Pump Services and asscoaitted technical products. Your role will involve building relationships with existing and new clients. We are looking for a passionate, professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and inbound calls for sales of the company's products and services, with a specialisation in pumps and valves
- Communication and relationship building with workshop-based Engineers
- Perform troubleshooting whilstaddressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge Mechanical and Technical Engineering solutions. Understanding of pumps and valves is essential.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
