About the Role

 

As our Internal Sales Team Lead, you'll oversee daily operations of our sales and logistics teams in Cork, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll be the vital link between our technical product teams and commercial stakeholders, managing everything from customer relationships to supply chain oversight.

 

Key Focus Areas:

  • Leading and developing a talented sales team
  • Building strong customer relationships and resolving challenges
  • Collaborating with Business Development Managers on new opportunities
  • Ensuring operational excellence across all processes
  • Setting and achieving ambitious SMART objectives

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Background in customer service or sales-oriented roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
