We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our global key client. Our client is rapidly expanding in the UK, United States and DAC region.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically growing existing account relationships and developing new business opportunities through relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop account-specific strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Business Development
- Generate new leads through prospecting
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for further discussions
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and closed deals
Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
